@batye: Absolutely, doing right things at the right time the right way really makes the difference. Cisco is certainly doing the first two factors and we will see if things would move the right way as we move along. I would remain hopeful to see good things out of this collaboration.

Two key features
The two features as mentioned sound pretty interesting - i am sure it would be great to have simple to configure network infrastructure. I know not many are often thrilled with network configuration complexity. The second one is introducing hardware level security should really help easing security challenges.

Very strategic move by cisco. Having good command within hardware market, this collaboration will add more value and demand. As we see security struggle through the conventional ways, tightening belts from hardware side should bring good result.
