Not that I'm skeptical of the increase in breaches with time, but I wonder how accurate 11% can really be. Gathering these stats must be near impossible to do reliably....

Ah. And that's all an automated attack system needs -- because it'll just try a million people until a handful (or likely more!) make a mistake and type their password into a text box they shouldn't....
